Initiating Wholesale Account:  Wholesale accounts are required to provide business license and contact info  (address, phone number, email, and preferred method of contact.)

 Once a wholesale account is established orders must be paid in full to initiate an order.

 

Order Minimums and Pricing: Patania offers a wholesale discount of 50% off retail prices. For the remainder of 2023 we will not have any order minimums for refills. Starting January 1st, 2024 there will be an order minimum of $500 in order to get a full wholesale discount.

Order Time/ Shipping: Wholesale orders take 5 to 8 weeks, or less to fulfill. Patania Jewelry ships UPS and USPS. 

Customization and Repairs:  Any customization to pieces is priced based on the item and extent of customization, please contact Patania for quotes. 

Patania will repair any item for free (postage not included)  unless it is determined that the piece has been damaged due to neglect.
